Returns & Refunds Policy (30 Days)
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@outdoorpowerparts.com.au to request return authorisation. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for a confirmation email from our team with return instructions.

Once confirmed, securely package the item(s) in original condition and original packaging (where applicable).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Pre-Order / Special Order Items (Important)
Some products are listed as Pre-Order (also called Special Order). These items are ordered in specifically for you and may not be regularly stocked.
If you request a refund on a Pre-Order / Special Order item (and the return is not due to a fault, incorrect item supplied, or an error on our part), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This restocking fee helps cover supplier handling costs and return processing for special order items.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If eligible, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please follow the same returns process above. Once your return is received, we will issue a refund for the original purchase and you can place a new order for the desired item(s).
