Shipping Policy

Outdoor Power Parts ships most items Australia-wide. Standard parcels are a flat $14 shipping rate; larger or heavier items are charged a bulky goods rate calculated at checkout.

Robotic Mowers — local pickup & delivery only
Robotic lawn mowers (STIHL iMOW® and Segway Navimow) are excluded from our standard Australia-wide shipping. These units are heavy (10–25kg+) and contain lithium-ion batteries, which are classified as Dangerous Goods (Class 9) and must travel by road freight with a DG-accredited carrier — something we don't currently have set up ex-Bega. Robotic mowers are available for:

  • Pickup from our Bega store, or
  • Local delivery across the NSW South Coast

If you're outside our local delivery area and still want to order a robotic mower, contact us first and we'll let you know what's possible.

Pre-order items (Terranox & X4 Series)
Segway Navimow Terranox and X4 Series (X430/X450) units are currently pre-order, with expected delivery in September 2026. Pre-ordered items are paid in full at the time of ordering.
